REFUND POLICY

All products are able to be returned for a full refund with in 30 days of being received by the patient. In order to qualify for refunds, patients must ship back all parts, pieces, accessories, and all materials shipped with your at home neuropathy kit. All components must be in full working condition and without damage or major signs of wear and tear.. Package must be post marked no later than 30 days after delivery confirmation of the package being received.

Remember all equipment is warrantied for 1 full year. If any equipment is malfunctioning, stops working, or breaks, we will replace it for free for a full year! This includes the Photobiomodulation unit and the Water Immersion Electrotherapy Unit, and even the Neuropathy Spa!

Supplements can not be returned. If returning a full neuropathy kit please do not return the epsom salt or the supplements. You will still receive a full refund.

If you have purchased supplements at our online store, supplements can not be returned once shipped. To cancel your monthly recurring membership please contact our support team via email and we will expedite your request. We strive to go above and beyond for our patients and we want every interaction to be a positive one.
